Sauna and steam bath

Finnish sauna
The Finns have been enjoying the benefits of the sauna for more than 1,000 years. The action of hot air is in itself beneficial to health.
The sauna thus stimulates the circulation, improves the blood supply to the skin, joints and internal organs, cleanses all the pores, strengthens and firms the skin and is good for preventing colds and various inflammatory processes on the skin.
In keeping with the old Finnish proverb that says "in the sauna anger evaporates and rage dries up", the sauna also has a remarkably beneficial effect on the mind.

Steam bath
The steam bath is a type of sauna for bathing in steam enriched with natural aromatic oils and traditionally originates from the Middle East.
It has a good effect on the body: it fortifies and refreshes. The hammam is a perfect choice for relaxing after a stressful day, or simply for cleansing and detoxifying the body.
